  • I want to be a Port.Club member. Does Port.Club deliver internationally?

    We’re currently only shipping within the UK, but make sure to subscribe to our newsletter and be the first to know when the Port.Club goes global!

  • I’m a Port.Club member. How long will it take for my first Port pack to be shipped?

    Thanks for joining our community! New Port.Club memberships will be processed immediately upon receipt. The first Port pack will be shipped within 3 working days and should arrive within a week. All new members who sign up before 20 December will receive their Port pack in time for Christmas.

  • How long will it take for my order from the Port.Club shop to be shipped?

    Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 working days of receiving your order.  

  • How do I track my order?

    We will send you an e-mail once your order has been dispatched. You can track it by following the link in the e-mail.

  • My shipment was damaged. What can I do?

    Please check your order upon receipt.  If the bottle is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong bottle, please let us know so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. E-mail us at hello@port.club and we will coordinate a refund or we’ll re-ship you a replacement product free of charge.

  • Can I have multiple addresses?

    If you are logged in during checkout, you can select one of the addresses you have recently used. Alternatively, you can type in a different address.

  • What benefits am I entitled to as a Port.Club member?

    Our Annual membership (£240) includes: 3 x Port Pack delivery (with a new Port Pack drop every four months) direct to your door; starter kit with goodies to help you best enjoy your Port; access to special members prices and library Vintages in our online club shop; VIP access to Churchill’s Vineyard House in the Douro and special programs at Churchill’s Lodge in Porto; and online port education experiences, including virtual tastings with Churchill’s founder Johnny Graham.  

  • I’m a Port.Club member. When does my membership renew?

    When you first sign up, you will be charged immediately for your annual membership. Your membership automatically renews a year from signing up unless you decide to cancel before your upcoming billing date.

  • I loved the wines in my last Port.Club pack. Where can I purchase more?

    We’ve got you! As a member you can find our selection of Everyday and Special, Ready to Drink Ports on our Port.Club wine shop with exclusive prices.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    You can make any changes to your membership – including changing your shipping address or cancelling your membership – by signing into your account. Pre-paid memberships are non-refundable; we will cancel your membership after the end date. Note that if you make any changes after your billing date, they will not apply to the upcoming Port pack, but will take effect for the next billing date.   • Can I gift a Port.Club pack?

    Yes, you can! You can gift both our Port.Club quarterly and annual memberships. 

    To do this visit our shop and add a Gift Membership product to your cart. You will need the recipient's email address and shipping address at the time you purchase the membership. Once the order is confirmed, they will be sent an e-mail notifying them of your gift. They will also be given access to the full member privileges including member shop.

    Please note, it is only possible to purchase one membership per transaction and that gift memberships do not renew.

  • Are there special options for corporate or bulk gifting?

    If you are looking to place an order of 10 or more Port packs, please reach out to hello@port.club and our team will work with you to create a custom order.
